Crepes

 Boss K working the Crepe Factory. Sergei looks worried. He doesn't want me to ruin their brand. Ivan finds my methods humorous. Ah, but Andrea enjoyed the finished product. I think Boss K adds too much flare.

Boss K Slaving Away

Got the soft-serve sign today and cones began to immediately fly. Cones were moving 5 & 6 at a time. 

Andrea & Homer Rocking Out at Peaks. As you can see they were there early.



Today Andrea went surfing for her first time. Look at her go. Out of  the gate and she is already better than Boss K. While Boss K is slaving away in the shack, Andrea goes to Reggae Sunday and goes Surfing (Two of Boss K's favorite activities). Hopefully Big Wave aka Boss K will be surfing in Hawaii this winter.

Employee Of The Week

Antoni is the first-ever Employee of the Week at Big Wave's. Andrea came in a close second, followed by Dragana.  Toni is very excited to receive this prestigious honor

Feel Good

Two things happened today which made me fee really good. For young kids came up and asked if my Island Oasis Smoothie was better than the guy on the Pier which made them puke. I explained to them that I am an Ice Cream shop and I use milk/yogurt and offer whipped cream. They were stoked and ordered four Fro-Ho-Cho's. One kid said, "Wow this is amazing. It's ridiculous. It's the best thing I've ever had." They proceeded to the "Square" and I could still hear them saying, "this thing is unbelievable."

Later in the evening...a guy was on his cell phone and said, "Yeah meet me at Big Wave's." Big Wave's, a landmark? Right On!

Yeah these are feel good stories, but they don't put money in the Bank. Still-It's All Good! Big Wave is creating waves.

Enter The Dragon

This is Dragana, Big Wave's second employee. Unfortunately Dragana was denied her Visa. I guarantee you sales would double, if not triple if it were Andrea and Dragana without my big, ugly mug in the shack.

Moving forward--Big Wave finally got his soft-serve ice cream today. This should tie all of the products together.

Belly Up

Big Wave is most-likely going to go belly up, but...it's all worth it. BWD has met the most beautiful person, a true spirit!!! Here is Andrea. Ah, to have fun and live life! Check out Andrea on the job.
